Hi! I am assuming you are talking about the resolution slider bar found several tabs down from the "sreeen saver" tab in the "settings" tab The resolutions that are possible are a function of your display adapter's drivers and not Windows Are you running the correct driver, or the most current?

In the same "settings" tab as the slider bar, click the Advanced button, then the "adapter" tab, then "properties" button You will find more options to check your driver, update your driver, and troubleshoot problems with your adapter Try these out.

If you still are having problems, it just may be that your adapter cannot display the resolution you are seeking Good computing!
