How do I remove an individual address (URL) from the Internet Explorer pull down address bar?

This question was answered on April 6, 2001. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

The built in method of managing the Internet Explorer address bar history is to clear the entire list (Tools/Internet Options/Clear History)

But, many of you have asked for a way to eliminate just certain addresses (Hmmmmm, are we trying to cover our tracks?)

Thanks to our buddy Marco at <a href="" target="_blank"><font color="#003399"></font></a> you can get <a href="" target="_blank"><font color="#003399">"URL Remover" (612K - click here to download it)</font></a> which is a quick and easy FREE utility that will allow you to manage the list It is a Zipped file so you will need an Unzip utility such as <a href="" target="_blank"><font color="#003399">Winzip</font></a> to extract and install it.
