I never have a H P printer cartridge that uses up all the ink inside. Anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 is still there. I clean with a cleaner where the ink comes out and someone told me to shake really hard, which I have done but does nothing but get it all over the place. This seems to be a BIG waste and the cartridges cost so much. HELP.

Hello and thank you for your question.

I suggest to check troubleshooting in your printers manual to see if they list anything like this If this isn't covered in the manual then I suggest for you to reinstall your printer and driver, see if that makes a difference If it does not, then go to the HP website and download a "NEW" driver for your printer, if still no change, then you have hardware problem with the printer and will need to contact Tech Support at the website for assistance.

Good luck!!
