Using outlook express (and clicking tools, accounts, properties, servers) my Outgoing Mail (STMP) is frequently changed from "mail.cybertrails.com" to "127.0.0.1" and I am unable to use e mail until changing it back. I am running Norton and assume it is causing the problem but can't find a way to correct it. HELP!! Please.

Hi!

I suggest you report this to your mail server, which I assume is cybertrails.com They may be having occasional problems with their server and your mail may be getting redirected The number that you are having displayed is an IP address, which every computer is assigned or owns when logging onto the net.

You can actually type that number exactly as displayed into the address line of your browser and it should take you to a website The name of this website may also be a clue with which you can use to seek further assistance Again, your mail server would be your best source of help here Good luck.
