Question pertains to Microsoft Oulook:

1) How do I print only one Contacts address? My system prints all names in an address book, even though I follow the instructions given from the Help Menu.

2) Is there someone who understands that program well, and where could I reach that someone.

According to the help menu instructions, one should be able to print a selected number only.

Thank you for your help.

Hi!

I use Outlook 2000 all the time at work, and I often print contact lists I only know how to print the contents of one folder (I have never tried to print a single contact!)

I suggest you create a new contact folder, or find an empty contact folder, and copy the contact you want to print into that folder Before you print, go to View, Customize Current View, then use the Field Chooser to display the details you want

As long as that folder with the one contact is selected, you can print the list of one contacts It will print the data exactly as it is displayed on your screen.
