I can't find a user in Network Neighborhood

One of the users is not found in when I click in Network Neighbourhood but it is found in the user manager.Can U pls help?

A: Hello and thank you for sending your question.

It would really help us if you could give us more information I am assuming that your network is properly shared or Sharing is enabled since you only mentioned this one particular user Is this particular computer or user has been mapped correctly in your network? You might check your drive mappings (path, etc..) for this particular user Has the user been given proper permissions to access network resources? You need to check all of these

To map a network drive, just right-click the Network Neighborhood, click on Map Network Drive to open the dialog box, enter the correct information (path, drive, etc...)and then click Ok.
