A: Hello and thank you for sending your question.
Before you can start implementing a Backup, you must have the appropriate permissions to access network resources I am assuming that you are a network administrator It is highly recommended to perform Backups during off hours
Follow this steps:
First, you have to connect to remote drives that you wanted to backup
Click the START, PROGRAMS, ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS, and then BACKUP The Backup Information dialog box appears In this section, there are options you can choose from (Tape Name, Append, Replace, Verify After Backup, etc...) If you want a tape name other than the default, in the TAPE NAME box, type a descriptive name of your tape In the DESCRIPTION box, type a descriptive name for your backup In the BACKUP TYPE box, you can select whatever type of backup suits your needs (Normal, Incremental, Differential, etc...) Accept the default path of the drive When the backup process is done, Click OK.
I hope this helps you with your question, if not, please, resubmit.
Good luck,
