I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble This behavior can occur if the "Exit to Dos.pif" file in the Windows folder is damaged
To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
2.In the Named box, type "exitto~1.pif" (without quotation
marks), and then click Find Now
3.In the list of found files, right-click the "Exit to Dos.pif"
file, and then click Delete
4.Quit the Find tool
5.Click Start, click Shut Down, click Restart In MS-DOS
Mode, and then click OK.
The "Exit to Dos.pif" file is rebuilt every time you restart your
computer in MS-DOS mode If the "Exit to Dos.pif" file is
damaged, Windows is unable to rebuild it.
Thanks for your question...
