Where do I get the newest Windows 2000 service pack?

Microsoft releases product updates for operating systems in the form of Service Packs Better known as patches, these free updates generally fix problems with security or instability.
The latest service pack (5/16/2001) for Windows 2000, Service Pack 2, has bug fixes for the following:
- Application Compatibility
- Base Operating System
- Directory Services
- MDAC/Data Access & MSMQ
- Terminal Services
- Other Miscellaneous items
