Windows tip for closing mutliple associated windows!

Depending upon how Windows is configured, you may end up opening multiple windows as you drill down into folders from “My Computer”.

For each folder that you open, a new window appears with the contents of that folder This can quickly cover your Desktop with folder windows.

In order to close them you must click on the “X” on every box in order to clear these windows from your Desktop

TIP: If you hold the “Shift” key down while closing the last window that you opened, it will close all of the associated windows as well!
