Why doesn't my monitor have the color red??

Hi again, i was woundering how come you didn't answer me back. My computer has a proclem of seeing colors. I can't see the color red, it shows up as black. I have a Windows 98 system, and a MAG Innovision monitor. Can you give me a answer ASAP, before my parents decided to get a whole system, cuz i dont want to got everything new, and then i won't be able to get anything for the summer from them, like New White Trick rollerblades. Thanks again.

I apoligize for the delay I suggest you go to your video card manufacturers website and download a New video driver for your video card and then install it Installation instructions will be at the website You can find out which video card you have by going to: Start, Settings, Control Panel, System Icon, and then Device Manager tab.
