Why is printer not responding?

HP printer 672C "Not Responding". Communication test OK. Cables OK. Cartridges OK. Unable to print self test page. The Resume light goes on immediately when printer tries to print accompanied by groaning noise. I have uninstalled and re-installed printer software without solving difficulty.

I don't like the groaning noise, but first off I suggest for you to go to the HP website and download a "new" driver for your printer After doing this I suggest you delete your printer and then reinstall it with the new driver If after doing this, no change, then it is probably a mechanical problem You can contact HP tech support or a reputable pc repair shop
