When buying cheap you still need to ask about warranties, refunds, etc I found a web site that advertises for different retailers and warehouses The site is Pricewatch.com, I found for example a 40Gb EIDE hard drive from Maxtor for $74; memory I found a PC133 128Mb SDRAM 168pins with a lifetime warranty for $8, this was a Generic brand; modem I found a 56K Rocket V.92 Express Data/fax internal modem from Phoebe for $25 Total price for all three--$107 Looking at Best Buy I found the total price of $220 Comp USA total was $240 Now both Best Buy and Comp USA have an installation dept that would probably install them for you for a small fee Again, be sure to ask about warranties Goodluck!
