I read on your web site to download a new java program. The same error message occured while that was downloading as well. Could you please help me. Thanks. Theresa

Hi Theresa
Here is the first of two ways to fix your Internet Explorer problem Click Start go to Settings and click on Control Panel,DOUBLE CLICK Add/Remove programs and you will want to Click Repair the Current Installation of Internet Explorer, then click OK.
If you receive any Errors after this then you will need to Delete and Reinstall Internet Explorer Good luck.
