When clicking onto a link I get the message Whenu-illegal operation and then Waol-illegal operation will shut down. After shutdown and going back on the internet, it is fine. This happens ALL the time. Please advise.

Thanks

When you see an error message like that, click on "details" and make a note of the first sentence Then take that information to Keyword: GPF and look for it there AOL has some pretty good technical information there about how to resolve most of the errors with illegal operations involving WAOL Most of those errors relate to corrupted graphics files in the cache, and the instructions often tell you to clear the cache You can also purge the cache by clearing it, then going to some very graphically intense site, like Keyword: VH1

Hope this helps.
