Password protect Win 98,My Briefcase

My work as a freelance scriptwriter is somewhat nomadic and I transport files from computer to computer using My Briefcase on either floppy disc or CD-RW. Is there any easy way of password protecting these?

I see by your profile that you are running Win 98 With Win 98 you cannot protect a particular file with a password If this type of security is of the utmost importance you might consider upgrading to Windows 2000, not to be confused with ME.
