Where would you recommend purchasing my next computer? I just purchased this compaq from Best Buy and it already has had the motherboard and hdd replaced at Best Buy? I received it back with nothing on hdd so i had to contact Compaq for a Quickrestore disk. After this it had problems reading the Quickrestore discs. After many attempts with Best Buy and Compaq I was instructed to take it to CompUsa, where i was pleased to say they fixed it by replacing Dvd drive and Cdrw drive also, they were apparently conflicting.

All Best Buy wanted to do is charge me for a software problem on a 2 month old computer under warranty and additional warranty coverage. Very upset with Best Buy!!!!!!!! Thanks.

Hi,

My best experience has been with HP Computers and Printers If I had a problem, they were there and the computer came with all the nessary disks in case of failure The best bet on where to buy is to use your local Better Busness Bureau to see if there have been any complants about a particular store or any possitive input about a particular store.

Thank You,

Scott
