This could really be frustrating, especially if you are in the middle of a program or you're waiting for a program to load First you want to check to see if your mouse and keyboard are plugged into the unit properly, if they are that's good Your keyboard nor your mouse are frozen, its just that your screen is frozen The solution to your problem is simple If you're waiting for a program to load wait about 20 seconds for the program to load If this doesn't work hold down on the keys CTRL and F10, sometimes this clears up a frozen screen If this doesn't work you need to do a warm boot, this is just pressing 3 keys at the same time, CTRL-ALT-DELETE If the warm boot doesn't work you'll need to do a cold boot, this is just starting the computer over again Turn the computer off at its power source and wait about 10 seconds and turn it back on Whatever program you were in or if you were on the internet, you'll just have to start over One thing to remember; if you were in a document or word be sure to save about ever 10 to 15 minutes so you don't lose what work you've already done Take if from one who knows how frustrating that can be

Good Luck
