Spool 32

Could you please tell me why I get a green line across my moniter and my comp crashes? The word spool 32 keeps comming on screen. It happened to my other comp 4weeks old and they replaced it with this one 2weeks old and I am still having problems. The comp is a maxdata I also have a snapscan1212 attached. No prob with that [I don't think]

The spool 32 has to deal with your printer and your maxdata What you will need to do is close the Power Desk to prevent the printer from automatically starting Go to registry windows\current version\run pesk.exe and shut the printer off With this you will also need to turn the printer back on when you want to use it as it will no longer be automatic.Good luck.
