Hi Hezekiah,

The ACPI (Advance Configuration and Power Interface) was developed by Intel,Microsoft and Toshiba to control power on Notebooks or allows a Notebook to turn on a device. The PCI bus IRQ steering is a feature that makes it possible for PCI devices to share an IRQ,a doorway or path through the motherboard. Both of these items have to be supported by the Operating System and the BIOS I see by your profile that you are running Windows 2000 this Operating System does not support the IRQ Steering. The IRQ Steering only supports win 95 release 2 and win 98.
