Can I change a fuse on my computer circuit board?

Does the Aptiva E3U have a fuse that I can replace. I am able to open the computer and mess things up ok, so I can replace a fuse if there is one. I shorted somthing and now I do not have any power.

The answer is no NO because all circuit boards have intergrated circuits, the circuits are so small, that only a machine can build them If you could change a fuse the system would be as big as a house So I'm sorry but you will need to buy a new board.
