Hello To make sure we are on the same page ISP is Internet Service Provider The ISP# is the phone number that that specific ISP provides their individual users for connecting to the Internet This number will probably not be the same as your friends and will probably even change from time to time as your ISP continues to upgrade and increase their phone lines If you have problems with being 'dropped off line', call your ISP provider for assistance in checking the phone number and line that has been assigned to you.
