EXPLORER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN SHDOCVW.DLL
This comes up immediately and I cannot delete this message or go into any programs.

The SHDOCVW.DLL is one of two thousand files that allow your computer to comunicate within itself These files are found in the registry With this error coming up your registry is corrupt.There is software called Nuts and Bolts that will walk you through the steps to repair the registry It is a good disk to have in case you contract a virus or other registry issues Good luck.
