X's in e-mail

I am looking for a software program that will clean up the text on Email so when you forward it the text will not be broken up with x's.

I have read your question and it sounds like what you are trying to forward is a word document To read a word document the recieving computer also has to have Microsoft Word If it does not, what will appear on the screen is x's and o's Try sending a document with the note pad Go to Start, Accessories, find notepad in the list Good luck
