Internet Explorer's error message

hey When I use Internet Explorer to surf the web, the message comes that this page cannot be displayed. But when I use Netscape Navigator the page is displayed properly?

Why is this so?

Visit the following site:

http://search.support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx

"Microsoft Product Support Services" page displays, then click

"Search our Database of Support Articles" (the first choice),

type in "Q241344" and then click the green arrow.
