While playing a pc game it gets crashed or the computer freezes

Lately while playing a pc game it will crash back to desktop after between 1 and 5 min, or freeze totally and I have to manually reset the comp . I have a riva TNT 2 graphics card. Please advise me,thank you.

It appears to be your graphics driver file has become damaged Possibly one of the games or another program may have corrupted your graphics driver file You would have to reinstall the driver, or, better yet, try and locate an updated driver for it An updated driver is alway a good idea if you can find it.

It updates on the "bugs" that users uncover while they are using one of the thousands of software programs that are out there, and the manufacturer did not discover or could not test because they didn't exist when they produced the card
