How do I adjust my screen size?

The picture on my monitor, doesn't fill the whole screen. How do I fix this problem? I would very much appreciate if you could help me.

You have not given us enough information to help you better.

Have you made any changes to your system prior to that happening?

Is it just a little bit off or considerably small?

If you haven't made any changes, please refer to the manual that came with your monitor on how to adjust the size of your display And usually there is a panel of buttons and knobs at the bottom of the monitor for adjustments.
