I uninstalled Back Web using the "Control Panel" add/remove programs. Since then, on start-up I get a "runner error" message.... Invalid Back Web application id 8263142... on start-up. How do I get this "runner" to stay in the starting blocks and not give me an error?

Click on your 'Start' button, highlight 'Settings', then click on 'Taskbar and Start Menu' (it may have a slightly different title, depending on your version of Windows) When the Taskbar window opens, click the 'Advanced' tab, click the 'Remove' button From the list that is displayed, scroll down to 'StartUp' and click on the to expand the folder If Back Web is listed, highlight it, click the 'Remove' button If you have any other shortcuts pointing to the program you removed, it is best to remove these shortcuts as well.

If Back Web was not listed in the StartUp folder, or if this solution does not solve this problem, I suggest you research it at this website: www.microsoft.com ('Support' then 'Knowledge Base')
