On my task bar I have 3 icons: a M for Macaffee,a ZA for Zonealarm, and a lightning bolt for Popup killer. The three of them reduce my resources to 71%. Is there somewhere or somehow I can put them elsewhere so I can increase my resources and will they still be able to protect my system.

These programs only protect your system while they are "running" They need a certain amount of resources to do their jobs, much like a car needs gasoline to run Moving the files will not reduce the amount of resources they need, but may instead leave you vulnerable to attacks or viruses if they are not configured correctly after they are moved
