Where are Outlook files located?

Where can I find the data files for Outlook 2000? I want to copy them and move them to another computer. Thank you!

Normally, the files you are looking for are located in this location:

C:\Windows\Profiles\(Name)\Application Data\Identities\(Identification)\Microsoft\Outlook Express

(Name) should be your name or profile, (Identification) will look like a series of numbers and letters If there is more than one identification listed, you will have to look at the Outlook Express files to determine which one belongs to you The Outlook Express folder will list the folders that were set up in Outlook, and the files will have dates showing the last time email was accessed for that identity.
