You will need to provid more information before this problem can be addressed

* Exactly what does the error message say? Write it down if you need to, because this is VERY important and useful information for troubleshooting problems.

* What were you doing just prior to getting the error message? Were you booting the computer up? Had you entered any information? (username, password, etc.) Were you launching a program/application? If so, what was it? Were you already in a program and trying to perform a particular function of that program?

* Have you recently installed/upgraded any software on your computer? Have you downloaded anything from the Internet? Do you have any Virus protection software on your computer system? Have you made any other changes to your system?

When troubleshooting computers, information is a very useful tool, so the more information you can provide, the more tools you provide to the tech that is helping you If you are still having problems with your computer, please provide detailed information about the problem and someone should be able to provide an answer for you.
