How do I fix a hissing noise coming from my monitor?

When I play 3 certain games on my computer or restart it, the monitor makes an odd and annoying whistling noise. I hoping you can give me suggestions.

Does it possibly resemble more of a hissing noise? If you have an older monitor or if it's located in a dusty environment, you may be getting an arcing problem around the surface of the hi voltage power input (2nd Anode) to the Monitor's picture tube (CRT) This is easy to fix but, a potentially dangerous shock hazard Bring it to a professional if you decide to have it cleaned.
