Regarding Cookies...PCMagazine has a utility that I can download free called CookieCop 2. Probably OK to download? With that question, how can I tell which browser my computer is using, so as to know which instructions to follow? Also, should I upgrade to IE6? Or let well enough alone? Being a novice, I really don't know where to begin.

Thanks for your help.

Internet Explorer (IE) is a browser this might be where you are getting confused A web browser is the software program you use to access the World Wide Web, the graphical portion of the Internet And you might as well upgrade to IE6, but be aware that if you are using a 56k modem this is going to take about an hour and a half.
