Hi,

The problem is the hard disk is not detected by the computers basic input/output system, or the BIOS.secondly, the computers hard disk is possibly damaged. To troubleshoot this, please check the computers bios settings to make sure the hard disk is listed and recognized by, the bios See your manufactures documentation on how to check the bios,or

try F2 when the computer boots up.When you determine the computers

bios detects the hard disk, restart the computer, and the test to see whether the issue is resolved. If the computers bios can't detect the hard disk, this might indicate a hardware failure You MIGHT have to replace the hard disk.
