what is ICQ and what is it used for? Should I have it?

ICQ is a way to get in touch with people, or if you want to find someone.Can communicate on ICQ with instant messaging, enabling you to send a message that immediatly pops up on an online contacts screen.

In a nutschell, ICQ lets you chat,send emails sms and wireless-paper meaages,as well as fransfer files and urls.
