I want to use my CANON BJC-80 in the computer's USB

port. I bought a USB to parallel adapter. Win2k

recognizes my printer but it takes more than

5 minutes to print a page. When I use the original

parallel cable, there is no problem to print.

How to solve this problem?

Thanks.

Any time use an adapter there can be problems.

The USB operates at a higher speed than the Parallel

ports does Please go into properties of the

printer and select draft mode which should speed up the access port

through the usb port
