We recently purchased a used computer. We are having either modem problems, or phone line problems. But what really bugs me is when we try to down load from the internet it wont download. For instance, acrobat reader. When we try to download it starts and about 10 minutes into it it stops completely. We tried pdf files to download and it does the same thing. It starts but freezes up, and wont finish. what could this be? I hope I gave enough info to help in your answer.

You might try putting in a bigger hard drive and maybe some extra memory The hard drive might not be big enough to down load anything form the internet You can probably pick a up a 40 gig hard drive for around 100 bucks.Remember, computers like lots of memory, processor speed and hard drive space.
