Error

When shutting down my computer, I often get a message box saying "RULaunch has performed an illegal operation...". Sometimes it will appear again after I have closed the first box. If this is something that needs to be fixed, how can I fix it?

When searching for your answer I did not come up with the error on the Microsoft Web site Chances are it is not a software/operating system error but rather a HP error Check with HP Good Luck!
