Upgrade to XP stops Office 95 from working

I am in the process of upgrading my bussines computers to a network of 3 units. The new units run Windows XP. Without having to buy a new Office suite I want to continue using my Office 95 Professional but have found it incompatible to XP. Is there a work around or stand alone fix to get these two to play nice?
