VCOMM Error are port drivers

After I loaded up these programs Adobe Photoshop 5.0, Nikon View 4, and Cumulus 5 to go with a nikon 995 digital camera i bought. I started getting the following error message when I bootup my computer.

"An error has occurrd. to continue: Press Enter to return to Windows, or Press CRTL+ALT+DEL to restartyour computer. If you do this, you will lose any unsaved information in all open aplications.

File Name: VCOMM(05) + 00000AD9 Error:

0E : 0028 : C02A95D9

Press any key to continue

My operating system is Windows Me instead of Windows 2000.

When I press any key the computer seems to run okay.

What should I do?

VCOMM Errors are usually port driver errors for Microsoft Make sure you have downloaded all of the updates and patches from the Windows Update located in the START Menu
