Might be an IRQ conflict

When i try to go on the internet it keeps saying the communication port is invalid or busy. I tryed everything, but it still says the same thing.its on com port 3 but i dont know how to move it to another port to see if they work. How could i fix this?

It sounds like you are having an IRQ conflict Please go into your IRQ settings through the device manager and change your com ports.

(for example if you are on com 3 switch to com 4) Also make sure

you have the right driver for the modem
