File system problem

when i start computer it comes to a BLUE screen that says "A PROBLE HAS BEEN DETECTIDED WITH WINDOW AND HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DMG unmountable_boot_volume

Possible problem: the file system might be damaged and cannot be mounted.

Solution: A possible solution might be if your computer uses a Ultra dma hard disk controller,replace the 40-wire cable with an 80-wire udma cable.In the Bios setting lead the fail-safe default settings and then reactivate the most frequently used options.
