I can no longer open up my jpg photos. The error message says

Windows cannot find Picture Veiwer.exe.This file is needed for opening files type'windows jpg image.Does this mean that I accidentily dumped that file and is not recoverable? If so, do you know where I have to go to get it back even if it costs me?I also recently fell for a hoax that said to check for a virus and told me to delete 'jdbgmgr.exe'.witch I stupidly did.Can I get that back somehow?Thank you very much.Stephen L. Stephen,

I would start by using the find button in the start menu to see if the file is on the hard drive Chances are the file you deleted is the file missing that stops you from seeing your photos The missing file is most likly on the software or CD that came with your scanner or photo suite You can use the DOS prompt to do a directory of your CD's to locate the file you need or again use the find button to locate the file on your CD's then copy it onto your hard drive again.Hope this helps Good Luck!
