Might not have the right sound card

I have recently reloaded Windows SE & have no sound.How do I fix this problem.

Hi Brian,

Your problem: It sounds like maybe another sound card was detected

as the preferred audio playback device durning the installation.

Your resolution: Please try selecting the USB audio device as the preferrred playback device in windows To do this, please follow these

steps:

1 in the control panel,double click multimedia.

2 on the audio tab, click your USB audio device in the preferred

device box under playback.

3.click ok, and then close the control panel
