Dynamic link library error

Question

I guessed on the above questions...ok..I have a few questions...first off..I know I have WIN98. Everytime I restart my computer, an error appears and it's from "qwdlls" and it says an error accured there. How will I stop that from coming up? Also, when I am browsing the internet, another message comes up and says "internet explorer has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" I click OK and it kicks me off the internet. That happens in basically any site, or when I have too much going on at once. Like trying to load something and continue browsing. But it also happens when I'm not doing too many things at once. After it kicks me off the internet, it brings me back to the start-up page, and I have to customize my desktop cause my desktop picture is white, and tells me what to do there. So, I customize it, and try going online again. Then, it kicks me off again, and I have to reboot my computer in order to have it work for a little longer period of time then what it was. How do I stop it from doing kicking me off? Thank you in advance for your help. Z

Hi,

I really couldn't find the qw part in your error code The DLL part pretains to your dynamic link library(Something is wrong with your dynamic link library).

In regards to the Internet Explorer has performed an illegal operation, this behavior can occur if you click ok without releasing the mouse button and then you right click the globe graphic in your upper left corner of the dialog box.
