Hi,

Kernel32.DLL is a dynamic link library file that is responsible for

handling memory mangement in your computer.when you start windows Kernel 32.dll is loaded into protected memory space so other programs can't take that space.Kernel32.DLL error messages can occur becuase of damaged swap files, damaged regestries or even low disk space.

MSHTML.DLL is the main HTML(Internet Kernel)commponnet of MS Internet

explorer web Browser.

Oleaut32.DLL- is ususally found in a visual basic file.

HOW TO FIX THESE ERRORS: I would retry loading windows 98 from a clean install
