No signed Certificate message when downloading

In your latest newsletter you listed a free shareware from webattack called free surfer. When downloading, got security warning that site may not be safe as it had no signed certificate. Do you think it is safe to download?

Yes it is safe if the web address was printed in the newsletter Your computer has an option which is selected to warn you of any site without a signed certificate to give you the heads up When it is recommended on the radio show by Ken or Brandon or in the newsletter by Data Doctors it has been checked out prior to telling the public and scribers to the newsletter Have a Great Day!
