There might be a problem with the video or AGP card

when i turn on my monitor the lcd display lights up gren but then stays on yellow and i get no picture,

also another problem, after about for times trying to get a picture when my computer is booting up a message tells me -the files that display items on the screen isnt working.

i would appreciate your help phill!
