I use both United Online Internet Service Providers (Juno 5.0 and NetZero). NetZero works fine, but they only give me 10 hours per month of Free Internet Service. So, I use Juno to make up the difference of about 25 hours per month. Juno is giving me problems. I log on real well but whenever I click on a link, the page comes up and then I get disconnected. So, I have to click on "Connect". After I get back up, I click on the next link, get the page to load and then get disconnected again. I continue to perform the same routine until I'm done surfing.(I had to reconnect 3 times to get to this page to write this email). I've tried setting the modem settings EVERY POSSIBLE WAY but I continue to get disconnected with EVERY CLICK in Juno. NetZero works fine with the same modem settings that I get disconnected with in Juno. I tried re-installing Juno through NetZero but it still didn't help. What can I do? Oh, by the way, I used Bluelight Free Internet Service for 2 years with no problem either. ---Signed, the valley's cheapskate surfer
