how do i get my visioneer scanner to work?

Hi,

We need more imformation please Do you need help manually setting up the width and length?Or do you need help setting the scan area?Have you tried going to Visioneer.com?Please let us know specifically what you need help with.We will be more than willing to help you with your scanner problem.
